At Max Rentals, we don’t just set up equipment—we help create unforgettable experiences. From backyard birthday parties to large community events, our team plays a key role in bringing fun and excitement to every setup.

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy staying active and being part of a team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be delivering and setting up event equipment like bounce houses, water slides, tables, chairs, and games at homes and businesses across the South Cobb, Atlanta, and Douglasville areas.

This job is perfect for people who don’t want to sit behind a desk all day. You’ll be moving, working outdoors, and seeing different places every shift. Our team environment is fast-paced, supportive, and focused on getting the job done right while having a good time.

What You Can Expect:

• Active, outdoor work that keeps you moving

• Fast-paced shifts that often finish early once setups are complete
• Weekend morning shifts (required)
• Optional weekday shifts available

We’re Looking For People Who:

• Are 16 years or older (students welcome)
• Show up on time and ready to work
• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Enjoy physical, hands-on work
• Work well with others
